3. Content rules
Content you upload (photos, descriptions, reviews, profile bios, chat) must not:
- be illegal, defamatory, or obscene;
- depict minors in inappropriate contexts;
- include another person's personal data without their consent;
- include payment card numbers, BVNs, NINs, or other sensitive identifiers shared in error;
- impersonate any person or business;

4. Reporting violations
Report violations to safety@getjabb.com or via the in-app safety/report button. Urgent safety threats: call your local NPF emergency line first, then notify us.
5. Enforcement
Violations may lead to warning, content removal, ranking demotion, payout holds, transaction reversals, account suspension or termination, recovery of losses, and reporting to authorities (NPF, EFCC, NFIU, NDPC, FCCPC). We exercise judgement and consider context, but zero-tolerance categories (e.g. sexual violence, weapons, trafficking, fraud) trigger immediate removal.
6. Appeals
Most enforcement decisions can be appealed once at appeals@getjabb.com within 7 days of the decision. We will re-review with fresh eyes and respond in writing with reasons.
