This policy applies to everyone using GetJabb and forms part of the Terms of Service. Use GetJabb only for lawful, genuine and reasonably safe services.
1. Prohibited tasks
Do not post, offer, arrange or perform a task involving:
- violence, threats, stalking, trafficking, exploitation, sexual services or abuse;
- illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, stolen goods or unlawful transport;
- fraud, identity theft, fake invoices, money laundering, money muling or evasion of financial controls;
- unauthorised access, malware, account compromise, surveillance or disclosure of private information;
- counterfeit goods, intellectual-property infringement or unlawful regulated services;
- work for a minor's account or activity that exploits a child or vulnerable person;
- any service the worker is not legally licensed or competent to perform safely.
2. Conduct
You must not:
- harass, threaten, discriminate against, intimidate or deceive another person;
- impersonate someone, create deceptive accounts or falsify identity or skill evidence;
- manipulate ratings, offers, attendance, completion, quotations or disputes;
- move labour payment off-platform for a task introduced through GetJabb;
- misclassify labour as materials or inflate, substitute or divert an approved materials purchase;

- scrape, reverse engineer, overload, probe or interfere with GetJabb without written permission;
- use another user's data outside the genuine task, support, safety or legal purpose for which it was shared.
3. Content and evidence
Task descriptions, messages, profiles, reviews, quotations, receipts and photos must be truthful, relevant and lawful. Do not upload unnecessary NIN/BVN data, bank credentials, passwords, unrelated people or content you do not have the right to use. GetJabb may remove or restrict content to protect users or comply with law.
4. Safety and regulated work
Disclose hazards and material scope changes. Stop and report work that is unsafe or materially different from the posted task. Identity or skill review does not replace any licence, permit, professional standard or on-site safety assessment required by law.
5. Enforcement
Depending on seriousness and evidence, GetJabb may warn a user, remove content, limit matching or payment access, hold a disputed platform action, suspend or close an account, preserve evidence, seek recovery or refer a matter to a competent authority. Payment movements remain subject to the relevant payment provider and the Refund, Cancellation & Dispute Policy.
6. Reporting and review
Use the in-app report option or email info@getjabb.com with “Safety” in the subject. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement service first. If you believe GetJabb made an enforcement error, contact info@getjabb.com promptly with the account/task reference and your evidence. Any formal appeal deadline will be stated in the decision notice.
