Delete your GetJabb account

You can request account deletion without reinstalling the app. Sign in and open Account settings, then choose “Delete account”. In the app, open Profile → Account → Delete account.

If you cannot sign in, email support@getjabb.com with the subject “GetJabb account deletion”. Support will verify that the account is yours. Do not send your password, sign-in code or government-ID number by email.

Active tasks, open disputes and balances must be resolved first. Once a deletion request is accepted, access is disabled and a 14-day recovery period begins. Identity data is then scheduled for deletion or anonymisation. Required transaction, dispute, fraud and legal records may be retained as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Trust & safety

To report safety concerns or policy violations, email support@getjabb.com and put “Safety” in the subject. See our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service for platform rules.

Identity verification

An “Identity verified” badge means the account holder completed a government-ID and live-selfie match. It helps confirm who owns the account, but it is not a guarantee of conduct, competence or future safety. Before work starts, check that the person who arrives matches the profile and report a mismatch through GetJabb.

Protected labour payments

For eligible labour tasks, PayScrow holds the requester's payment. It is not released to the worker until the requester confirms satisfactory completion, unless a documented cancellation or dispute outcome applies. Applicable charges are shown before payment.

Verified-task reviews

A review shown by GetJabb comes from the requester or assigned worker after their task reached completion. The label confirms the task relationship; it does not mean GetJabb wrote or endorsed the reviewer's opinion.
